The Breath of Life

I don’t want to live a life that’s shocking
Shaking or nerve rattling
I want to push myself through an air tube
Feeling a consistent flow and pressure
I want to live a life that’s pulsing
And alive
A life that touches the sky
Moderately fast
With a lightness in my stomach
A fire that flows
Into my muscles and bones
I see it in running, in dancing
Skateboarding and parkour
Surfing on movements
That harness flight
Energy exuding
A life that moves
With the breath of life
